JA China partners with the business and education sectors to deliver our innovative business and economics programs in schools ranging from elementary to university level. Our curriculums focus on three main pillars: work readiness, principled entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. We strive to help our students develop character, creativity and leadership.

JA has more than 20 years of successful experience collaborating with businesses in China. We have worked with the charitable arms of over 100 corporations ranging from multi-national companies to local enterprises. These businesses provide JA with the funding, volunteers and in-kind support.

JA China has worked closely with over 1000 schools and received widespread support from local education bureaus to implement our courses. Our programs currently center in seven cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan and Changsha, radiating to over 30 cities.

VOLUNTEER

Since its founding in 1993, JA China has witnessed the development of corporate social responsibility and the growth of a culture of volunteerism in China. Starting out with just a few volunteers in 2001, overthe course of 25 years JA China programs have expanded to involve over 80,000 volunteers. This group of business volunteers actively gives back to the community, and is developing a global vision for Chinese talent to contribute to the economy.

How to be a Student Volunteer?

Currently, the JA China University program is operating in a number of colleges and universities in different cities across China. With the help of JA office, business volunteers, and teachers, JA university programs are operated by outstanding JA China campus coordinator (CC).

As a CC, your JA journey will be like a career ladder as:

Meanwhile, you could be a volunteer to teach JA courses in primary school and middle school.

In JA community, student volunteers create the most memorable experiences of their college career by running interesting and meaningful projects with a group of like-minded partners, brainstorming together, socializing together, and experiencing new things together.

ALUMNI

JA Alumni China is a self-organized and self-governing community of like-minded JAers for the purpose of networking, professional development and support of JA China brand and initiatives.

Criteria of participating in JA alumni activities:

- JA volunteer who has served JA for at least 2 years or, JA student who has graduated from high school and is in the workforce

- Strong identification with the mission of JA China

- Passionate about serving others and a desire to contribute to the flourishing of youth

- Demonstrates integrity and excellence in his/her professional and personal life
